2. Orders & Minimums

• All orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements, as agreed during quotation.
• Customized products require client approval of designs, logos, and specifications before production.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be altered or canceled without written agreement from both parties.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in USD (or as mutually agreed).
• Quotes are based on quantity, customization, and selected materials.
• Production begins after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Samples

• Custom samples can be produced upon request and are billed separately.
• Sampling time may vary based on complexity and availability of materials.
• Sample approval is required before bulk production begins.

5. Production Time

• Lead times vary depending on order size and customization level.
• Estimated production and shipping timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs are not the responsibility of Zubi Exporter.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping through reliable courier and freight services.
• Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise included in the order.
• Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Quality Assurance

• All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet agreed specifications.
• Minor variations in color, stitching, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes.
• Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.

8. Intellectual Property

• All client logos, designs, and branding shared with Zubi Exporter remain the property of the client.
• We do not use, share, or reproduce any client materials outside of the agreed production scope.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection and verification of the issue.
• No returns accepted on customized items without valid cause.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zubi Exporter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the goods ordered.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
